What is Heroes of the Rack and Warehouse?

An economic strategy game about warehouse logistics with elements of chance and unique heroes

Heroes of the Rack and Warehouse is a board game where each player manages a warehouse with three teams. Goal: fulfill all orders faster than your opponents and earn the maximum amount of money (units).

The game features 4 types of goods: fish (cold storage), TV (expensive), medicine (pharmaceutical warehouse), and milk (perishable). Each requires a special approach to storage and delivery.

Players roll dice, spin the spinner, buy racks to upgrade their warehouse, and manage forklifts. Unfulfilled orders go to "Common Orders" with a penalty. The winner is the first to fulfill all orders or earn the most money in 90 minutes.

How to Play

5 Stages of a Turn

Each turn is one round of the warehouse. The game lasts 60-90 minutes.

Choose an Order

Flip an order card face down to activate it. Study what goods and in what quantities are needed.

Spinner

Spin the spinner: 2, 3, or 4 dice. Or chance, or ×2 forklift moves. If not a number — roll 1 die.

Dice

Roll dice of the required colors. Numbers = quantity of goods. ALL goods MUST be placed on racks.

Upgrade

If racks are not enough — buy new ones. Rack cards for 1, 2, 3, or 4 units. Bought once!

Fulfillment

Manage the forklift (12 moves, 16 for Fog). Pick goods from racks and fulfill the order. Didn't make it — penalty in "Common Orders".
